WCSH-TV reports the Augusta Police Department put on a party yesterday for Larriah Binns in Augusta complete with balloons and birthday cake.<\/p>\n
Larriah’s mother, Angelique Binns, says she had a birthday celebration planned for Saturday, but none of her daughter’s friends could come.<\/p>\n
Angelique Binns says her daughter started jumping up and down in excitement Sunday when she saw several cars pulling up in front of their home.<\/p>\n
