Schoolboy’s murder: CBI files charge sheet in Gurgaon court

The CBI today filed a charge sheet in a Gurgaon Court against a 16-year-old student in the case of murder of a seven-year-old boy at a private school at Bhondsi. The charge sheet was filed before the court of Additional Sessions Judge Jasbir Singh Kundu, which is treating the juvenile accused as an adult for allegedly committing the murder of the child. The exports promotion council for special economic zones (SEZ) today said the government should reconsider their demand to restore tax benefits for supporting growth of the sector and generating jobs as the budget did not bring any concrete measure. 8 killed in gas leak at southern China steel mill

Gas leaking from a pipeline at a steel mill in the southern Chinese province of Guangdong killed eight people and injured 10 early today, local authorities reported. Child kidnapped from school bus rescued; 1 abductor shot dead
