उच्चतम न्यायालय ने राफेल सौदे पर नए दस्तावेजों को लेकर केन्द्र की आपत्तियां ठुकराई

उच्चतम न्यायालय ने बुधवार को राफेल सौदे से संबंधित कुछ नए दस्तावेजों को आधार बनाये जाने पर केंद्र की प्रारंभिक आपत्ति को ठुकरा दिया। इन दस्तावेजों पर केंद्र सरकार ने ‘‘विशेषाधिकार’’ का दावा किया था। केंद्र ने कहा कि याचिकाकर्ताओं ने विशेष दस्तावेज गैरकानूनी तरीके से हासिल किए और 14 दिसम्बर, 2018 के निर्णय को चुनौती देने के लिए इसका प्रयोग किया गया। इस फैसले में न्यायालय ने फ्रांस से 36 राफेल विमान सौदे को चुनौती देने वाली सभी याचिकाओं को खारिज कर दिया था। प्रधान न्यायाधीश रंजन गोगोई, न्यायमूर्ति…
