कावेरी मामला: केंद्र सरकार ने SC में दाखिल की स्कीम, कोर्ट ने कहा- वैधता पर नहीं होगी सुनवाई

नई दिल्ली: कावेरी मामले में केंद्र सरकार ने स्कीम सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दाखिल कर दी है. कोर्ट ने तमिलनाडु, कर्नाटक, केरल और पुदुचेरी को स्कीम को देखने को कहा है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा है कि कोर्ट स्कीम की वैधता पर नहीं जाएगा, बल्कि ये देखेगा कि ये स्कीम कोर्ट के फरवरी के आदेश के मुताबिक है या नहीं. इस मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट 16 मई को सुनवाई करेगा. केंद्र के ड्राफ्ट के मुताबिक इसमें नौ सदस्यों की एक अथॉरिटी होगी. केंद्र ने कहा कि दोनों राज्यों के बीच कुछ विवाद…

पीएनबी घोटाला : सीबीआई ने आरोप-पत्र दाखिल किए
