Court sends suspected IM terrorist to police custody
New Delhi, Feb 15 (DIN NEWS) A Delhi court has sent an alleged Indian Mujahideen terrorist, who had escaped during the 2008 Batla House encounter and was wanted in connection with several blasts, to 25 days police custody. Additional Sessions Judge Sidharth Sharma gave Delhi Police 25 days to conduct Ariz Khan’s custodial interrogation. Khan, who was arrested on February 13, was produced before the court last evening.
