HC upholds MCI’s decision to deny admission permission to medical college
The Delhi High Court has upheld the decision of the Medical Council of India (MCI) denying permission to a private medical college in Meerut to take in a fresh batch of 150 students for the academic year 2019-20 in MBBS course due to certain deficiencies.
