Tehran, June 20 (DIN NEWS) An Iranian defence lawyer has been arrested after claiming a man executed this week for killing three policemen was innocent, Iran’s Fars news agency said today. Zeinab Taheri was taken into custody after an arrest warrant was issued against her for making “false statements” and because of “her lies propagated online claiming (the defendant) was not guilty,” the conservative-linked agency said.
