The CBI today filed a charge sheet in a Gurgaon Court against a 16-year-old student in the case of murder of a seven-year-old boy at a private school at Bhondsi. The charge sheet was filed before the court of Additional Sessions Judge Jasbir Singh Kundu, which is treating the juvenile accused as an adult for allegedly committing the murder of the child. The CBI today told the Delhi High Court that a look out circular (LOC) has been issued against Virender Dev Dixit, who allegedly kept girls and women confined at an ashram founded by him in the national capital.
