आम चुनाव से पहले रिजर्व बैंक ने घटाई रेपो दर, कर्ज सस्ता होने की उम्मीद

आम चुनाव के लिये मतदान शुरू होने से एक सप्ताह पहले रिजर्व बैंक ने अर्थव्यवस्था को और गति देने के लिये अपनी मुख्य नीतिगत दर ‘रेपो’ में 0.25 प्रतिशत कटौती कर दी। गत दो माह में यह लगातार दूसरा मौका है जब रेपो दर कम की गई है। रेपो दर घटने से बैंकों की लागत कम होगी और इसके परिणामस्वरूप वह अपने ग्राहकों को वाहन, मकान और व्यक्तिगत जरूरतों के लिये सस्ती दर पर कर्ज उपलब्ध करा सकेंगे। रिजर्व बैंक के गवर्नर शक्तिकांत दास की अध्यक्षता वाली छह सदस्यीय मौद्रिक…
