FlipKart को खरीद सकती है Walmart

प्रमुख ई-कॉमर्स कंपनी फ्लिपकार्ट (Flipkart) को वॉलमार्ट (Walmart) खरीदने जा रही है. रायटर की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार अमेरिका की सबसे बड़ी रिटेल चेन कंपनी वॉलमार्ट के साथ फ्लिपकार्ट की डील फाइनल स्टेज पर पहुंच गई है. ये डील जून तक पूरी हो सकती है. रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक वॉलमार्ट ने फ्लिपकार्ट को खरीदने के लिए 1000-1200 करोड़ डॉलर का ऑफर दिया है. फ्लिपकार्ट में वॉलमार्ट की 51 फीसदी हिस्सेदारी खरीदने की योजना है. वॉलमार्ट (Walmart) में इसके लिए पहले ही शेयर होल्डर एग्रीमेंट जारी कर दिया है. रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक इस…
