उच्चतम न्यायालय ने अनुसूचित जाति-जनजाति कानून के तहत गिरफ्तारी के प्रावधान को हल्का करने संबंधी शीर्ष अदालत के 20 मार्च, 2018 के फैसले पर पुनर्विचार के लिये केन्द्र की याचिका शुक्रवार को तीन न्यायाधीशों की पीठ को सौंप दी। न्यायमूर्ति अरूण मिश्रा और न्यायमूर्ति उदय यू ललित की पीठ ने कहा, ‘‘इस मामले को अगले सप्ताह तीन न्यायाधीशों की पीठ के समक्ष रखा जाये।’’ शीर्ष अदालत ने केन्द्र सरकार की पुनर्विचार याचिका पर अपना फैसला एक मई को सुरक्षित रखते हुये टिप्पणी की थी कि देश में कानून जातिविहीन और…
